The BC Corporations Act Regulations requires that certain registrations and updates for companies can be filed electronically. The following companies can file online filings through Corporate Online:
B.C. Benefit Companies can file online filings through the Business Registry.
Do not mail forms to us unless the form indicates a paper copy should be submitted or you are instructed to do so by BC Registries staff. Paper forms may be used, however, to assist you in gathering information for online filing.
